Return Policy

a great shopping experience. Please read our policy regarding returns and
refunds carefully.
1. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (under Georgian Consumer Rights Law).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain items (such as personalized goods, cosmetics, or intimate items for hygiene reasons) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Important Note on Bank Refunds: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase through the Bank of Georgia system. Please note that it may take a few business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank's policies.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our support
team immediately at the email below to request a cancellation. If the order has
already been dispatched, the standard return policy will apply.
